The January 2026 Program Meeting will be held at the Barbara Jordan State Office Building located at 1601 N Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78711.

We have secured a courtesy hotel block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Austin at The University/Capitol, a centrally located, pet-friendly hotel positioned between the Texas State Capitol and the University of Texas campus, featuring relaxed accommodations, a rooftop pool with city views, and complimentary hot breakfast. 

The hotel features convenient, free perks including a complimentary daily hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and a modern fitness center. Guests can also unwind at the rooftop outdoor pool which offers stunning views of the Austin skyline, or take advantage of the on-site business center and pet-friendly room options.

*Participants must make their own lodging arrangements.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Medical Center. The group rate is $179 (or prevailing government per diem) per night for single and double occupancy plus applicable taxes and fees. *Room rate does not include current state and county taxes of 19%.

Room rate is available to attendees for check-in beginning 1/18/2027 through check-out on 1/20/2027.
