Title I, Part A, Capacity Building Initiative

TEA's Grant Compliance and Administration Department remains dedicated to providing ESC federal grant staff with timely and continuous training and support. Federal grant funds allocated to most federal grants received by the ESC can cover travel expenses for these activities.

June 30, 2026 (Registration now open): This training event will cover all the "need to know" information for the 2025-2026 program year.

October 6, 2026 (Registration coming soon): This training event will cover all the "need to know" information for the 2026-2027 program year.

The Title I, Part A Capacity Building Initiative will house a digital resource repository for districts to browse when looking for examples of documentation sources. There are so many districts doing great work, and we hope to showcase a variety of examples from across the state – small and large districts, urban and rural – to provide administrators with an accessible, categorized toolbox. Email samples and templates for sharing with other districts to txgrit@esc14.net!
