EDGAR Training Days

TEA's Grant Compliance and Administration Department remains dedicated to providing ESC federal grant staff with timely and continuous training and support. Federal grant funds allocated to most federal grants received by the ESC can cover travel expenses for these activities.

 

June 30, 2026 (Registration now open): This training event will cover all the "need to know" information for the 2025-2026 program year.

October 6, 2026 (Registration opens in July.): This training event will cover all the "need to know" information for the 2026-2027 program year.
 

Plan to attend both days.

Who Should Attend?

These one-day academies would benefit ESC staff who work in any way with federal grant programs at the ESC or with school systems.

The 2026 EDGAR Training Days will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Round Rock.

*Participants must make their own lodging arrangements.

 

Hotel Room Block for June 2026

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Round Rock. The group rate starts at $110 for the first 20 rooms. After those rooms have been reserved, the rate will increase to $129 per night for one King two-room suite plus applicable taxes and fees. *Room rate does not include local taxes and fees, currently 15.00%. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability, to attendees one (1) day before and one (1) day after the date listed below.

Room rate is available to attendees for check-in beginning 06/29/2026 through check-out on 06/30/2026.
